The NMCAC Conjunto Festival is the longest running music festival in the Rio Grande Valley. The festival is a 2-day event that works to preserve a genre of music that was created by Don Narciso Martinez and is over 100 years old. The event is rich in culture and attracts thousands of visitors from all over the Rio Grande Valley, Texas and the entire United States.
